And today is the time for the Akira show from the 2008 Rosemount Australian Fashion Week (RAFW).
The Akira Fashion show was full of solid colors with dramatic eye make-up. Just have look at this model in jade knee length apparel with a broad floral printed waist band.
Here the model is wearing a yellow colored ruffled dress with a stall round her neck and carrying a same fabric purse.
Fashion is not only a trendy word, it is the whole world with its own rules and principles, stars and enemies. This world is opened to everybody and you will for sure take your own place there. The only one BUT! If you are just a fashionista, people will admire your style and nothing more, they will never take your talents seriously and you will never become a part of fashion history; and if you are a fashion designer, people will ask what is hot this season, they will admire you and pay thousands dollars in order to visit the same café you like))) I think you feel the difference.

Britney was great! I know I know, that I have already mentioned the best dresses of the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards, but let’s be charitable, Britney was off the track for a long time, so she deserves these praises. Nevertheless, I would like to share with you the worst dresses of the event.
PINK. Her striped dress was OK and her hair was OK, but together they looked awful.

And this is the first exotic black and white one-sided strapped dress. The shimmering fabric and the thigh length give you a perfect look for a cocktail party.
Yet another party dress in light metal copper color with a black waist strap. The accent feature is the elastic neckline creating a ruffled look at the torso.

Unfortunately, it is a common situation, when stylish and beautiful girls wear stylish and beautiful clothes, but altogether they look awful. Exactly this situation has happened to Hayden Panettiere when she was at The Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai in CA.
Her leopard print dress was amazing and her own makeup and shoes were great but this dress makes her look awkward and her shoulders seem to be so huge. To my mind, this dress is not for her type of body, don’t you think so?
It goes without saying that fall is a season of changes, so why not make fall 2008 a season of great changes and rich, vibrant colours? Thanks to New York’s fashion designers you should be ready to enjoy cooler blues, greens and purples.

According to the last runway reports from Uggs, welly boots will be one of the hottest trend of the upcoming fall 2008. Both boys and girls must think about buying wellies. Yeah, I know, such boots seem to be everything but glamorous, but wellies with hot accessories can be so unbelievingly trendy. Would you like to check it?
The first and very important detail will be – tights, colourful, bright and bold.
The second one is a mini-denim skirt without any special details.
