Hurray, the Olympics 2008 in Beijing have already started. To my mind, the opening was pompous and stunning, but to tell the truth, sometimes I found myself thinking about supper instead of watching (sorry!!!) The situation changed when I saw USA team in their Ralph Lauren designed outfits. According to the designer the idea was to create “something simple enough for the athletes to put together, yet stylish enough to elevate us as a country” and I think, he succeeded. BUT:
More and more stars seem to like old tapered shoes again! I tried to give new life to my old shoes with such toes as well but they seem to be so uncomfortable and tight, so I forgot about this idea.
But I am still interested what is it a new (old) trend or just a whim of celebs?
Most women think that they are beautiful only when they wear trendy and stylish clothes … Well, frankly speaking, I must agree. Don’t you ever feel like a Queen while on high-heels and in a super fashionable dress? Something tells me, you know what I am talking about )))
That’s right, a nice dress can change everything and make a princess out of a Cinderella, but how to choose such outfits? Most shops offer really expensive clothes (sometimes I even think that wearing them my desire to be cool will be blatant).
First of all, you have to know your limits. It’s not very practical to spend extra money on a skirt and then count days to a salary-day.

There were a lot of catwomen and actually most of them weren’t both either sexy or nameable. To my mind, the best catwoman ever is Julie Newmar and now Angelina Jolie was offered this role.

She is not pregnant now and full of energy, so as to me this role will suit her perfectly. What do you think???
Sometimes I just have such days when I don’t want to wear sophisticated, stylish bright and hot clothes. I even can’t explain why. May be I am just under the weather, or don’t feel like being in the center of attention … I just want to be a part of the city, of the crowd and to unite with them. And it will never be possible in a daring dress and Dior gladiators from Sex and The City movie, don’t you think so?
In such days I choose something like Ruched white tee. What can be more simple? 80% of Americans wear such tees and I completely love them. A person wearing such a tee, shows that he or she doesn’t care about public opinion and knows that simplicity rules the world.
And the next thing I wear is High waist jeans: black or white, light or deep blue … it doesn’t matter, just jeans. This particular outfit gives me the feeling of security and comfort. I feel so safe and so close to my country as never before.

Can a stylish jumpsuit be a perfect alternative to a really bright evening gown? This question has been puzzling me a lot for a couple of months. Actually, since my friend’s Prom night. So, yes or no?

It doesn’t matter, whether it is summer or winter, we all love denim. We have tons of various denim skirts, pants and shorts, but sometimes we can be just victims of fashion and combine too many trends in one outfit. As a result such outfits look really awkward ((( Denim fashion mistakes are common, ’cause we think that denim things are neutral and it is possible to wear them as we like. But they are NOT. “Thanks” to such weather, I have already said bye-bye to: my usual makeup (’cause it seems to weigh kilos when the temperature is THAT hot), layered clothes, tresses, bangs … and now it seems to me there is no way of escaping it … I have to forget about .. high-heeled shoes. It’s really challenging for me to wear them, my legs seem to weigh 1 ton each.
That’s why I’ll better pay my attention to pointy toe flats. Well, I want them to be comfortable, reliable, pleasant looking, fresh, stylish and not expensive. And I am lucky to find them - bronze colour, leather, synthetic sole and classic pointy toe.
What I liked the most is their price: JUST $10.00!!!! And the way they match my super expensive gold botkier handbag.
