Oscars 2009 after party seemed to be a gathering of women with really bad style, since most of dresses were really disappointing. Sad to say it, but my list of “best” will be a lot shorter than those of “worst” ((( Are you ready?

BEST:

Kate Bosworth was shining and fantastic.
