A lot has been written about summer fashion 2008, but every day brings us something new, some new trends and combinations. That is why dear fashion-lovers, you are welcome to enjoy hottest summer dos and don’ts:

  • popular, amazing and hot gladiator shoes. Love them and wear them, but think about their length. Please, leave too long gladiators to warriors.

Gladiator sandals VS.Gladiator sandals

  • T-shirts with faces. They look cool, fresh and stylish, until you are wearing a T-shirt with your OWN face. It’s TOO much!

Paris Hilton face prints

VS.

Paris Hilton face prints

  • T-shirts showing your point of view. Yeah, you’ve got me right, it’s not bad taste anymore. It’s not vulgar and old-dated. It’s cool!

Halle Berry and Obama

Your thoughts dears? Which trend do you like or don’t like the most???

i love the t-shirt with your view and with faces so much. anyway i love print t-shirts. i like gladiators too – SJP’s/Carrie’s style is cool, but ashley’s gladiators are a bit too much for me.

I just can’t get into the gladiator shoes, no matter what I do. I Think I’m the only woman who isn’t a fan =(

    angelgrotton,
I am truly delighted you stopped by-I need to learn a bit more about the ad side of this and find your blog full of fanciful and diverting ads-I can not get myu adsense to work- and as far as the gladiators, I had some about 5 years and wore them(low ones) with a cassis colored gypsy-like full length dress to go to the beach club – felt ever so fun and warrior like-

those t-shirts are hard to wear – I only like Chloe’s, but I’m a big fan! Don’t mind the tall boots on the left, she’s wearing them very well with the simple, all black on top.

That’s really a nice topic. We also must know and learn what are the don’ts.
I like the low gladiators (have mine, don’t know yet how to wear them…), the face Tees and also the statment ones.

I love the t-shirt Paris Hilton is wearing, but not sure about the others. I love t-shirts I wear them all of the time. Also, I love the really tall gladiators those are just so hot!

I agree about the glads and views tees. Face tee shirts have always weirded me out though. haha.

I love gladiators (both the sandals and the ancient battlers) and I think shirts with faces on them are so cute. I also really like the voluminous skirts, similar to the Prada ones, but knee-length because I’m not a 6ft tall model with legs for days…ha!

Exactly. This is what I envision as the future of "fashion" for those over 40. On your birthday, you will get a government-issued black suit, flat black shoes and a short bowl cut hairdo. No makeup or personal expression of any kind will be allowed whether you

I'm so happy for Angelina. She deserves to get married because she's a good person. Before I thought she hates marriages. Good thing that Brad change his perceptions.

agree! if you have a good figure and can carry it off why not? though I do think that mini skirts on over 45s is a bit too young..I have 2 daughters aged 25 and 30,and am told I look about 40..but still wouldn't wear a mini..
