Today it is soooo hot and yesterday it was even hotter. Oh God, I am melting like an ice-cream. After a couple of such days, I am ready to bet that my skin needs my undivided attention and the sooner the better.
Unfortunately in this evocative 21st century there is no place for careless summer walks, I mean walks without sunscreen and other protecting lotions. So after 3 days of such walking I have 3 sunburns and 1 more crow’s feet. Please, don’t laugh at me, it’s really serious!!!
From my point of view, prevention is definitely better than cure, that is why it is much better to follow these rules and survive hot summer days:
- drink a lot of water
- don’t even dare to leave your house without a sun hat and Chanel sunglasses (I just love them))):
- apply sunscreen every time time you go out
- always carry some pills with you.

Yes, one must protect from the sun… Sometimes I’m a bit “lazy” and forget to put sunscreen after my daily cream, and I’ve such a sensitive skin…
