The year 2009 has brought with it lots of assorted denim fashion. There are variety of fashions and trends this year.

The first category is that of classic jeans. Initially, only Levis used to make this Jeans but nowadays many companies have started manufacturing this type of jeans. The classic jeans are worn by each one of us. Classic jeans are dark in color and have a straight cut. They have a broad belt area with five pockets metallic button-head fastener. The jeans can be worn both by male and female.

For extreme legs like too short or too long classic jeans won’t be a proper choice. Jeans with high waist and broad belt would be a proper choice. 2009’s latest trend would be high-waist jeans, the low waist jeans would be out of fashion.

The latest trend may be high-waist jeans but they may not suit everyone. They are perfect for the ones who have flat belly. And in case your belly is not flat then you may go for high-waist jeans with a waist imposed like a corset.

Flared bottom jeans which were out of fashion are again in fashion this year. So, in short this year is all about experimenting with different types and patterns of denims.

And if flared jeans are in fashion then it doesn’t mean that they’ll replace the skinny jeans. Yes, the skinny jeans are also continuing this year.

But dark hues in skinny jeans are out of fashion. Instead this year opt for light hues.

And as I had written an article earlier also, ripped jeans are too much in fashion this year.
