Some of us has learned more about diets than any doctor … We are ready to share numerous super new and cool tips and techniques as to weight loss, but it seems that we have never thought about one fact – most diets are harmful and lead to complicated aftermaths. Frankly speaking, almost every student of any medical institution is ready to prove it but he or she is still silent. Why? May be there is a kind of joint responsibility or they just understand that diets’ promotion is a pot of gold, because it goes without saying that diets and pills bring lots of money.
I just wonder why everybody promotes diets and nobody claims that they have nothing in common with balanced nutrition and health? Why they all laugh and try to make people diet-addicts? Why? They just claim that diets is the only save way to lose weight. Of course, I agree if to compare diets and botox, but if to compare diets and SuperFoods, I would rather choose the second option.
What I like the most in this concept – it’s really useful ))) You can eat most dishes you like and most products you can buy at the nearest store, the only one thing, have a look at the provided list and try to pay your attention to food specified there. These products are natural nutritional powerhouse with nutrients crucial to a healthy, long life.
So next time while buying something just check the list and think how useful it is. And it doesn’t mean that you have to live on avocado and beans solely. No. For example, my favourite super food is tea.
