Yet I have some affordable advise. Stay-off the sweets, refined starches, alcohol and aim to sleep as well as you try to enjoy your life. Also, try to isolate/ identify any foods that may be causing an allergic reaction - dairy is my poison. The only thing I would add that may ding your budget is lots of purified water and a quality multi-vitamin which you can pick-up at Costco warehouse.
