Dears, today I would like to share with you this awful news. Yves Saint Laurent, one of the most influential designers of the 20th century and a real fashion icon, died Sunday evening in Paris at the age of 71.

We will always remember him as one of the best designers of the epoch and as a person capable of:

  • changing the way we dress
  • letting us wearing pants day and night
  • putting us into peacoats and safari jackets and leopard prints
  • showing us trench-coats …

    I saw this on Yahoo! News… sad news indeed. His gorgeous designs will live on forever though, and of course the namesake brand, in fashion history :)

    It’s the vanish of the last of the 3 icons of fashion designers in 20th century.

    It’s something that always shocks people. But “the sexy pant suit will live on”.
