A scarf does come handy when it comes to beat the winder chills, but it can also add style to your personality if you know exactly how to wear it. Simply taking a scarf and wrapping it around the neck is not the trick of looking stylish with a scarf, there are some ways of wearing it properly.

If you want to wear a neutral dress like a black, navy, cream or camel colored dress, then taking a tone-on-tone scarf would do justice to your outfit. Tone-on-tone scarf goes best with neutral shade clothing. Black dresses look good on almost people irrespective of the figure, and the beauty enhances when you carry a black scarf with it.

Wearing a scarf in a stylish way is not that tough as it may look to you. Just take a long scarf and hold it. Twist it a few times from the middle and then toss its ends straight over your back. Now, bring back each of its end to front on the opposite side leaving the ends to dangle freely.

Skinny scarves go well with fitted tops and jackets. Its another thing that a monochromatic look may look chic but it may also look boring if you don’t mix the textures well.
